  • Abstract: This study conducts a comparative sectoral analysis in four countries, focusing on manufacturing, ICT, and hospitality sectors to examine skill gaps and workforce imbalances. The findings highlight education–industry misalignment and low wages as persistent drivers of shortages, while also analyzing the impact of migration pressures and regional conflicts on labor market stability.
